These Terms and Conditions apply when you request or confirm a vehicle booking with Cascade Mobility Solutions.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Cascade contacts you and confirms vehicle availability, dates, and the payable amount.
Customer requirements
You must provide a valid CNIC and driving licence. Additional documents may be required before handover. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone, and WhatsApp details submitted with your request.
Charges and discounts
The amount shown on the vehicle page is the standard rental total for the selected dates. Any discount is applied only by Cascade staff when reviewing or confirming the booking.
Use of the vehicle
The renter is responsible for using the vehicle lawfully and returning it on time, in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear. Fuel, traffic fines, tolls, and damage arising during the rental remain the renter’s responsibility unless Cascade agrees otherwise in writing.
Changes and cancellation
Date changes and cancellations must be requested through WhatsApp or another Cascade contact channel. Changes depend on vehicle availability.
